Kam Cord turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Thursday. She tossed six innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off ten hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Those hits were her first of the season.

Coming up, Cord and Prattville will challenge Wetumpka at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Prattville will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 56 places lower in Alabama), but they're not letting that get them down.
