Appomattox County entered their tilt with Nelson County on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Governors 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won nine contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Appomattox County's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Nelson County, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-14.
