DeKalb is 0-9 against Norwell since December of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The DeKalb Barons have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Norwell Knights at 7:30 p.m. on December 16th. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
On Tuesday, DeKalb made easy work of Prairie Heights and carried off a 44-22 victory.
Meanwhile, Norwell came tearing into Tuesday's contest with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.1 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Woodlan 84-33 at home. Norwell's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
DeKalb's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Norwell, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
