On Friday Mapleton take on Yoncalla at 7:00 PM. Yoncalla will need to watch out since Mapleton have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.
Don't be fooled by the insanely high score: we promise Mapleton and Oakridge were playing football. Mapleton strolled past Oakridge with points to spare last Friday, taking the game 70-54. The success made it back-to-back wins for Mapleton.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 30-80, which was the final score in Yoncalla's tilt against Lowell. This makes it the second loss in a row for Yoncalla.
Mapleton took a serious blow against Yoncalla the last time the two teams met, falling 44-94. Can Mapleton avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
