Ira Hendrix and Dezmond Moran provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Savannah Country Day. The longest such play in A Region 3A this season, the connection resulted in 86 yards.
The Hornets' Heys McMath and Ben Johnson have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. McMath has thrown for 710 yards this season, while Johnson has 36 catches for 369 yards. Jake Clemens from the Cavaliers leads the league in rushing with 554 yards.
