The Clarence Red Devils will be home for the holidays to greet the Jamestown Red Raiders at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Wednesday, Clarence earned a 57-50 win over Orchard Park. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Clarence.
Meanwhile, Jamestown sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 42-39 win over Mount St. Mary Academy on Saturday. The win was just what Jamestown needed coming off of a 86-36 loss in their prior match.
Clarence's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Jamestown, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Clarence came up short against Jamestown in their previous meeting back in January, falling 82-77. Thankfully for Clarence, Marley Drake (who scored 35 points along with eight rebounds and three steals) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
