After losing to Mountain Pine the last time they met, Horatio decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Horatio Lions sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 59-57 victory over the Mountain Pine Red Devils on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Horatio is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. As for Mountain Pine, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-7.

Horatio has already played their next contest (against Kirby), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Mountain Pine wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 62-31 win against Caddo Hills on the 24th.
