Ryland Bradford Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
Starting off the list is Abilene's Ryland Bradford, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Bradford rushed for 92 yards and four touchdowns, and also picked up 158 receiving yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 58 yards.
The win (which was Abilene's third in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Bradford and Abilene will square off against Lubbock at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Campbell Stanek Turns in Season-Best Performance
Sadly, Campbell Stanek posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Coronado over Abilene on Friday. Stanek picked up 250 receiving yards and four touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 69 yards.
Coronado is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6. Stanek and Coronado will challenge Caprock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Isaiah Vazquez Delivers Best Effort of Season
Coronado came up short on Friday despite Isaiah Vazquez delivering his best game to date. Vazquez threw for 395 yards and five touchdowns while completing 75.9% of his passes.
This year, Vazquez has thrown 10 touchdowns (and and only 2 pick) while averaging 180.7 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had two passing touchdowns.

Jude Dunivin Dazzles in Amarillo Victory
Jude Dunivin's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his third-straight game with 134+ rushing yards. He rushed for 149 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 38 receiving yards.
The victory got Amarillo back to even at 3-3. Dunivin and Amarillo will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Coronado on October 24th.
