After three games on the road, the Hazelwood Central Hawks are heading back home. They will take on the Parkway Central Colts Friday. Hazelwood Central is favored to win according to their MaxPreps ranking but can't sleep on a powerful opponent.
The contest between the Hawks and Parkway North last week was not a total blowout, but with the Hawks falling 76-58 on the road, it was darn close to turning into one.
Meanwhile, Parkway Central escaped with a win against Hazelwood West by the margin of a single basket, 39-37.
Parkway Central's win lifted them to 12-9 while Hazelwood Central's loss dropped them down to 9-9. We'll see if Parkway Central can repeat their recent success or if Hazelwood Central bounces back and reverse their fortune.
