North Harrison had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They put the hurt on the South Central Rebels with a sharp 79-56 victory on Tuesday. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Cougars had established a 21-point advantage.

North Harrison's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Logan Heun led the charge by shooting 57% from the field to rack up 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cory Burson, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds.

North Harrison has already played their next game, a 75-51 loss against Heritage Hills on the 29th. As for South Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 85-70 defeat against Crawford County on the 29th.
