The Triton Central Tigers came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They slipped by Covenant Christian 45-44.
Triton Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Max Crouse led the charge by scoring 16 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Sego, who scored eight points along with two steals.
