Union Colony Prep got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Noah Herndon out in front who shot 64% from beyond the arc en route to 23 points along with seven assists and three steals. Those 23 points gave Herndon a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Tanner Sarchet, who almost dropped a double-double with 19 points and nine rebounds.
Despite the loss, Ascent Classical Academy Northern Colorado still got an impressive performance from Jacob Cook, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 17 boards. Cook has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Hayden Alles was another key player, putting up ten points.
Union Colony Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, an 87-70 victory against Weldon Valley on the 5th.
