Shigamora continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Josiah Lewis, who had eight points and 12 boards.
Wilson's win bumped their record up to 18-12. As for Newport Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 17-5 record this season.
Wilson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 67-60 victory against Big Bear on the 18th. Newport Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
