Meanwhile, Hopewell had to suffer through a rough 75-41 loss at the hands of Beaver. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Hopewell has suffered against Beaver since February 20, 2021.
Ambridge has been struggling recently, as they've lost nine of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Hopewell, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-10.
Ambridge was able to grind out a solid win over Hopewell in their previous meeting on January 3rd, winning 53-45. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ambridge since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
