She has been consistent : she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with one  double and one  RBI.
 Grube wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Alivia LeBrun, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.  Jalee Leach also deserves some recognition as  she  snagged her first  stolen base of the season.
The  defeat was their first  on the road , dropping their record down to 4-2. As for Airport, the  win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jefferson will challenge Erie-Mason at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Airport, they will face off against Flat Rock at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday.
