It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Colorado Academy ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They walked away with a 7-2 win over the Denver Christian Thunder. Winning may never get old, but the Mustangs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Jordan Reiter was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Henderson Ray was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.

Colorado Academy's record is now 17-3. As for Denver Christian, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-8.

Coming up, Colorado Academy will host Holy Family at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Denver Christian, they will head out to face off against The Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Thunder are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
