The Liberty Lancers will head out on the road to  square off against  the Pine Creek Eagles  at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Liberty is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4  runs per game  this season.
 Liberty is probably headed into the  match with a chip on their shoulder considering Air Academy just ended the team's  six-game winning streak  on Friday. They took  an  8-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kadets. The Lancers haven't had much luck with the Kadets recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
  Alex Graham made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Grace Joiner, who  went 4-for-4 with two  RBI.
 Meanwhile,  everything went Pine Creek's way against Fountain-Fort Carson on Thursday as Pine Creek made off with  a  17-5 win.
 Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Pine Creek,  the  victory  got them back to even at 10-10.
 Liberty was able to grind out a solid  win over Pine Creek when the teams last played  two weeks ago, winning  10-6. The rematch might be a little tougher for Liberty since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
