Basketball Recap: Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy Piles Up the Points Against Mesabi East

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy). They claimed a resounding 90-53 win over the Mesabi East Giants. Given Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 188th, while Mesabi East is ranked 397th), the result on Saturday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.4 points over those games.
