Baldwin is 0-7 against Fletcher since March of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. Baldwin will take on Fletcher at 6:30 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.
Baldwin's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past West Nassau 1-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

The result came thanks to Cooper Farah's shutout, as he gave up just three hits and racked up six Ks. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024.
On the hitting side, Baldwin's win was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Mason Williams, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Wednesday Fletcher sidestepped Orange Park for a 2-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Senators in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won six in a row.
Not much got past Kyle Johnson, who gave up just five hits and racked up six Ks to keep Orange Park off the board. What's more, Johnson gave up only one walk, the fewest he's had since back in April of 2024.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Kolby Batten, who went 1-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That triple was his first of the season.
Fletcher hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Orange Park struck out six times.
Baldwin's record is now 10-8. As for Fletcher, their record now sits at 9-6-1.
Baldwin couldn't quite finish off Fletcher when the teams last played back in April of 2024 and fell 2-0. Can Baldwin avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
