Tucson High Magnet School not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 9, 2024. They put the hurt on the Walden Grove Red Wolves with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Badgers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-13, 25-15.

Aynsley Jones paced Tucson High Magnet School's offense, picking up nine kills. Jones got some help from Taltos Geml and his 20 assists. Geml was also solid from the service line: he led the team with eight aces.

Tucson High Magnet School now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Walden Grove, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-5.

Tucson High Magnet School has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Amphitheater on the 26th. As for Walden Grove, they will challenge Salpointe Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give Walden Grove their first taste of in-conference action this season.
