The Inglemoor Vikings will face off against the Bothell Cougars at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Inglemoor is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Hazen with a sharp 17-3 win on Wednesday. The victory was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on four straight.

Campbell Looney (2029) was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in strikeouts (three). She was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Piper Michaels (2029) was a standout: she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with four runs, two stolen bases, and one triple. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Sienna Tachell (2029), who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.
Inglemoor always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .590. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Bothell, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over Juanita on Wednesday. Considering the Cougars have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
Addison Hall spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on eight hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Berlin Roberts and Mili Westergaard did most of the damage at the plate: Roberts went 2-for-4 with three RBI, while Westergaard went 1-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Hadley Smith was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Inglemoor now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Bothell, their win bumped their record up to 15-4.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Friday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Inglemoor has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 9.5 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Bothell struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 8.3 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
