Manheim Township put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They really took it to William Penn for the full four quarters, racking up a 44-8 victory at home. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 31-0.
Hayden Johnson was his usual excellent self, throwing for 232 yards and four touchdowns on only 17 passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Declan Clancy, who rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries.
Meanwhile, Cumberland Valley didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Wilson on Friday, but they still walked away with a 20-14 victory.
Manheim Township's win bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Cumberland Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.
