Basketball Recap: St. Joseph Academy Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Victory

St. Joseph Academy had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.5 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Global Outreach Charter Academy Kodiaks by a score of 67-55. For the Flashes, this counts as revenge for the 50-47 win the Kodiaks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

St. Joseph Academy had a senior duo take command as Josh Wolff went 8 for 15 en route to 19 points and six assists and Michael Shaw went 8 of 16 on his way to 20 points and eight rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Shaw has scored all season. Tyler Buenaflor was another key player, putting up six points.
