Henderson County extended the longest winning streak in 6A District 1 this week by beating Fern Creek, 38-0. The victory was the seventh in a row for the Colonels.
Daviess County's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jared McEwen has thrown for 606 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Blake Roberts has 42 catches for 553 yards. Chase Lecroy leads the league in rushing with 581 yards.
Muhlenberg County made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,297 from 12,645. The improvement was the result of 61-6 victory over Muhlenberg County last week.
