The Trinity Lutheran Cougars lost against the Clarksville Generals back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The contest between the pair wasn't particularly close, with Trinity Lutheran falling 64-48.
Trinity Lutheran lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Hudson Lang, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Levi Pottschmidt, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds.
Trinity Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Clarksville, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Lutheran will be home for the holidays to greet Edinburgh at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Clarksville, they will play host again and welcome Southwestern, where tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Southwestern will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
