Sky View has gone a perfect 4-0 against Bonneville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Sky View Bobcats will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Bonneville Lakers at 3:00 p.m. Sky View is looking for their season's first victory.

On Tuesday, Sky View came up short against Roy and fell 8-5.

Cash Howell made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Dallin Pugmire also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen bases of the season.

Howell wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Sky View kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

Bonneville never got on the board in their matchup on Saturday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Kearns on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 13-2 win. With that victory, the Lakers brought their scoring average up to 6.6 runs per game.

Hudson Taylor made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Taylor was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three RBI.

In other batting news, Ryker Allen was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two triples, two runs, and one RBI. Jaygen Noble was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Sky View's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Bonneville, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-3.

Sky View was able to grind out a solid victory over Bonneville in their previous matchup back in March of 2021, winning 9-5. Does Sky View have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bonneville turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
