Football Game Preview: South Haven Christian vs. Christian Community

On Friday Christian Community take on South Haven Christian at 7:00 PM. Christian Community are cruising in on a five-game winning streak while South Haven Christian are stumbling in off of four consecutive losses.

Last Friday, Christian Community put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. They were fully in charge, breezing past Bowling Green Christian Academy 43-0. Christian Community were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Meanwhile, South Haven Christian were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap, as they fell 26-32 to Tennessee Heat.

Christian Community's win lifted them to 6-0 while South Haven Christian's loss dropped them down to 0-4. In Christian Community's victory, senior Nathanael Rowley passed for 139 yards and 2 touchdowns and junior Derrick Jefferson rushed for 111 yards and 1 touchdown. We'll see if South Haven Christian have a strategy for dealing with them or if they lead their team to another successful outing.
