Piedmont Hills found a leader in Travis Linane as the team took down Del Mar on Monday. Linane was dynamite, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
