Honesdale came into Monday's match having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Western Wayne Wildcats by a score of 6-3 on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Hornets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Honesdale's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for Western Wayne, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
