Rodrevious Bailey led the charge by rushing for 99 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries, while also picking up 79 receiving yards.  Jaz Radford was another key player, rushing for 119 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.
 He was just one part of a punishing run game: Lafayette County was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 325  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2023.

 Friday's   contest might be decided in the on the ground. Gurdon has been unstoppable on the ground this season,  having  averaged 214.8  rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Lafayette County struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 282.2. It's looking like  Friday's  matchup might have some serious battles in the trenches.
