Churchill County took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 43-6 victory over the Boulder City Eagles. The Greenwave's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Carson Melendy had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 66 yards and two scores. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 57 yards.
