Riley Abney continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 37 points along with eight rebounds and seven assists. That makes it eight consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Brandon's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaden Williamson, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Brandon's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-7. As for Corunna, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Brandon will be playing at home against North Branch at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Corunna, they will head out on the road to square off against Clio at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Clio focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 on Friday.
