The Foothill Trojans's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They fell to Mira Monte 62-58. Foothill has not had much luck with Mira Monte recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Foothill's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Diego Cabrera, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Tamarrian Hunley, who scored 16 points along with two steals.
Foothill's defeat dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Mira Monte, they now have a winning record of 14-13.
Foothill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Mira Monte also has no future games currently scheduled.
