Caprock put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their undefeated season alive. They didn't even let Liberty onto the board and left with a 1-0 win. This was payback for Caprock, who suffered a 2-0 loss the last time these two teams met.
Their one-goal win came courtesy of
Aldo Carrasco, who's now up to 12 this season.
Caprock pushed their record up to 6-0-1 with that win, which was their third straight at home. As for Liberty, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Caprock will take on Denison at 2:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Liberty, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Melissa at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
