University Prep got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Gavin White out in front who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. That's the first time this season that White pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Alex Webb, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
University Prep pushed their record up to 6-3 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Rochester Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
University Prep will head out on the road to face off against Green Tech at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Green Tech's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three games. As for Rochester Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against University Prep Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
