Softball Game Preview: Menomonie Mustangs vs. River Falls Wildcats

For the second straight game, Menomonie will face off against River Falls. The Mustangs will welcome the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Menomonie is headed into the contest having just posted their closest victory since April 8th on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out River Falls 6-4. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

For River Falls' part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was AVA LARSEN, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.

River Falls is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10. As for Menomonie, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.
