Western Hills has been on the road for two straight, but on Monday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Presentation Toppers at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Last Saturday, Western Hills had to suffer through a rough 65-30 loss at the hands of Mercer County. Western Hills has not had much luck with Mercer County recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Meanwhile, Presentation's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by North Oldham at home and fell 67-20.
Western Hills' defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Presentation, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost 12 of their last 15 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.
Western Hills strolled past Presentation when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 50-32. Will Western Hills repeat their success, or does Presentation have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
