Moore's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dayvone Harrison, who scored 18 points. Another player making a difference was Jacob Forney, who scored 15 points.
Moore's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Butler, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Moore won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against DuPont Manual at 7:30 p.m. on November 30th. DuPont Manual presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Moore in Kentucky (DuPont Manual is ranked 33rd, while Moore is ranked 134th). As for Butler, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lexington Catholic at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
