The Oswego Indians can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 43-29 win over Yates Center. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Oswego also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
Oswego's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Rayden Myers led the charge by scoring 14 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Myers has scored all season. Josh Hutchinson was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with six rebounds and five steals.
Oswego's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Yates Center, they dropped their record down to 0-12 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oswego will face off against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Uniontown has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 244 points over their last four contests. As for Yates Center, they will head out on the road to face off against the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
