Hersey had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They blew past the Taft Eagles, posting a 58-24 win. The Huskies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 27 points or more this season.

Hersey is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Taft, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.

Hersey and Lincoln-Way Central will round out the year against one another at at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Taft, they will be taking part in a tournament against Butler at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday.
