Wray has gone a perfect 10-0 against Holyoke recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The two teams, after both having extra time off, will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court at 4:00 p.m. Wray has given up an average of 52.7 points per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Two weeks ago, Wray was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 64-63 to Chase County. The Eagles were up 38-21 in the second quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Aaron Tena, who went 6-for-13 to rack up 14 points and five steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Trejo, who shot 40% from the field on his way to 14 points and five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Holyoke was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Saturday as they fell 56-50 to Haxtun. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Like Wray, Holyoke lost despite seeing results from several players. Elbin Padilla led the charge by going 5-for-10 en route to 15 points. Another player making a difference was Colby Weber, who posted 15 points and six boards.
Wray's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Holyoke, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Wray has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 33.8 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Holyoke struggles in that department as they've been averaging 26.1 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Wray didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Holyoke in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 53-47 victory. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Dragons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
