Pilgrim is 0-4 against Moses Brown since September of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Pilgrim Patriots will be playing in front of their home fans against the Moses Brown Quakers at 7:00 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Rhode Island (Pilgrim is ranked 24th, while Moses Brown is ranked 25th).
Last Thursday, things could have been worse for Pilgrim, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 29-14 loss to Johnston.
Meanwhile, after only six points in their last contest, Moses Brown made sure to put some points up on the board against Mt. Hope two weeks ago. Moses Brown claimed a resounding 34-7 victory over Mt. Hope on the road. Moses Brown pushed the score to 28-7 by the end of the third, a deficit Mt. Hope had little chance of recovering from.
Myles Craddock got back to being his usual excellent self, as he rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns, and also picked up 84 receiving yards and a touchdown. Craddock hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for four straight games.
Johnston's victory bumped their season record to 5-2 while Pilgrim's defeat dropped theirs to 4-3.
Pilgrim was taken down by Moses Brown 28-0 when the teams last played back in October of 2022. Will Pilgrim have more luck at home instead of on the road?
