Windsor can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. They blew past Mead 65-43. The score was close at the half, but Windsor pulled away in the second half with 47 points.
Windsor's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Madden Smiley, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Brady Kingsley, who scored 15 points.
Meanwhile, even though Greeley West scored an imposing 63 points on Tuesday, Holy Family still came out on top. Holy Family took their contest against Greeley West 76-63. Given Holy Family's advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 46th, while Greeley West is ranked 277th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Windsor's win was their 15th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.4 points per game. As for Holy Family, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.
Windsor strolled past Holy Family when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 75-56. Will Windsor repeat their success, or does Holy Family have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
