Benjamin Plemons Turns in Season-Best Performance
Chestatee was led to victory by Benjamin Plemons, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Plemons' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 100 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Chestatee's win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4. Plemons and Chestatee will take on Dawson County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Parker Carlton Dazzles in North Hall Victory
Parker Carlton's big game helped extend North Hall's winning streak to five on Friday. Carlton turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 16 receiving yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 33 yards. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made seven total tackles (1.5 for loss).
For the year, Carlton has averaged 72.3 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 24.14 rushing yards per game.

Montyrious Young Delivers Best Performance of Season
Sadly, Montyrious Young posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Johnson over Lumpkin County on Friday. Young rushed for 175 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 71-yard run.
Johnson is on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7. Young and Johnson will challenge Pickens at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Faulkner Posts Huge Game in 64-14 Win
Cal Faulkner's big game helped extend Lumpkin County's winning streak to three on Friday. Faulkner did his part (and then some), throwing for 161 yards and three touchdowns while completing 90% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground for the 'W'.
For the year, Faulkner has thrown 5 touchdowns while averaging 80.7 passing yards per game.

Hector Espinoza Makes It Two for Chestatee
Another Chestatee player making an appearance on this list is Hector Espinoza. He rushed for 107 yards on only nine carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 69 yards.
