Monroe can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They and the West Ranch Wildcats finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result was nothing new for the Vikings as the squad haven't won a game since December 9th.

With that draw, Monroe's record moves to 1-7-2. Meanwhile, West Ranch's record is now 5-2-3.

Monroe won't get a chance for a more definitive result for a while: they'll take on Poly at 4:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. West Ranch will also get a bit of a break before their next matchup: they'll face off against Hart at 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
