Several Scots players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jake East, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds. East is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Harrison, who scored 15 points.
Ben Lomond has not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Morgan, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-8.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ben Lomond will challenge South Summit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. South Summit has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 606 points over their last nine games. As for Morgan, they will head out on the road to square off against Ogden at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Utah (Ogden is ranked 49th, while Morgan is ranked 65th).
