They came out on top against University by a score of 48-37. That's another feather in the cap for Bethesda Christian, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
It was another big night for Kenzie Fulks, who scored 24 points along with eight assists and six steals. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Sydney Goodin was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Several Trailblazers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Charlotte Conyers, who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Conyers hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Mackenzie Feeney, who scored four points along with five blocks.
Bethesda Christian is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for University, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-9.
Bethesda Christian will head out on the road to challenge Cascade at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing isn't great for Cascade: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Bethesda Christian has snatched up four consecutive wins on the road. University will take on Lapel at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Lapel presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than University in Indiana (Lapel is ranked 49th, while University is ranked 165th).
