Cambria-Friesland will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Dodgeland in at 7:00 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Cambria-Friesland, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Cambria-Friesland had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. It was close but no cigar for Cambria-Friesland as they fell 6-8 to Pardeeville last Friday.
Meanwhile, Dodgeland took care of business in their home opener. They blew past Pacelli 40-18.
Dodgeland's lifted them to 1-0 while Cambria-Friesland's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Dodgeland can add another positive mark to their record or if Cambria-Friesland can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Dodgeland's step.
