 Meanwhile, Mt. Eden was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight  defeat. They took a hard  21-6 fall against Arroyo.
 Castro Valley's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Mt. Eden, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
