Peoria came out on top in a nail-biter against Cactus and snuck past 5-3. The victory was just what Peoria needed coming off of a 10-4 defeat in their prior contest.
Hunter Clark was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out nine over seven innings pitched. Clark was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
